In order to use the app, registration for Online Banking is required. For those who have not yet registered, assistance can be obtained by contacting customer service at 1300 747 747.

Security is a priority; users are advised not to store their member number or PIN with the device, ensure that no other individuals register their biometric data on their device, and logout promptly when finished. The app also includes automatic logout after periods of inactivity. In case of lost devices or suspected compromise of login details, immediate contact with the bank is recommended.

The bank welcomes feedback through the “App feedback” feature found within the app menu, inviting users to share suggestions for additional features and functionalities they would like to see in future updates.
